  Such a great collection of trainers, members, and workouts. Everyone hat comes into the gym is entirely welcoming and uplifting. The trainers all help you perfect exercises with corrections to form and modifications. There are a wide variety of time slots to ensure everyone is able to attend a class no matter what their schedule is like. The gym is a really nice size and is always clean and organized. I am so happy I chose Crossfit Buffalo to be my first Crossfit experience. I will forever recommend CFB to every resident or visitor of Buffalo.
